  STAY AWAY!! EIKON Capital is a scam for these reasons: 1) They are not a direct lender, they are a Broker which means they add their fees on top of the fees lender charge. You can go to those lenders directly and save on fees, time and not get scammed at the end. They do not disclose that they are a broker up front. 2) The company is a joke, it’s run by Cale Villano as the “President”, and one processor. There is no team, office, staff, etc. They don’t return your calls, emails and at the end, end up costing you time, money and in my case, scamming you. 3) They will promise you rates and fees up front that at the end will end up being different at closing. I recently completed 4 refinances with them. When I initially discussed terms with Cale Villano, he quoted me certain fees for origination and processing and also promised me a 3-4 week closing period. After significant delays and nearly 60 days, I received closing disclosures the day before closing that had fees different from what I was promised by Cale Villano. Given that closing was scheduled for the next day, Cale Villano told me that we should proceed with closing and that he would refund me the excess fees (between what he had promised and what I was charged), and would send that detail in a letter drafted on company letterhead. After giving me the run around for weeks after closing, Cale Villano stated that he would not refund me any fees and I am having to file a suit against them to collect what I am owed. Additionally, EIKON Capital has not yet paid the appraiser their fees for completing the appraisals over 3 months ago. I prepaid the appraisal fees up front, appraisals were completed, loans were closed but EIKON has still not paid the appraiser! Borrowers, Appraisers, Vendors, stay away from EIKON Capital as the company is a complete scam. You may call or email me for any further questions.

  My experience was pretty good taking into consideration it was my first deal ever, the only thing that it made me give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was promised better terms in the beginning, I'm hoping this is going to be better for the next deal I do with them
