  Was curious about what they need for a loan and they tell me they need my employment and home info but then later start asking how many kids I have and what's my girlfriends name and if shes my wife and my employer's personal cell phone numbers when they can be reached through my company phone line. That personal information for my supervisors cell phone number isn't mine to give and the company line is all they said they needed. Almost the worse loan company experience ever. Never would recommend El Centro Finance. I'll keep you updated for a better company and refer you to them on a updated review. Oh and you dont have to apologize for a bad experience El Centro Finance because you've already wasted enough of my time as it is so thank you in advance. Have a wonderful day.

  Dallas Made, we do apologize that the loan application process was not as you expected. We are a privately owned financing firm which means we assume all the responsibility if a loan is not repaid per the contract terms. Many customers seek our help when a national or state bank is unwilling to help. With that being said, our wonderful Managers and customer service reps must attain all the appropriate information to process and approve a loan, just like an FDIC bank would require. We take pride in our customer service and try to process loans as quickly as possible for all customers. Again, we do apologize that the application did not go as you expected.
