Horrible customer service from Karen. I watched her struggle with another customer and then assist with my transaction calling it "a recurring monthly problem." What type of employee in a savings bank would call decades of monthly deposits a problem? I guess the outdated technology that Karen's accustomed to is the customers problem. Speaks volumes about how she values her self, job, customers, and other people's money. With her experience and level of customer service, she should be greeting people and checking receipts at Wal-Mart. Dare to dream big, don't be like Karen. See you next month.
