  I don't think for DCU also we can deposit money through banking until i visit this center. It's very fast. Staff is very friendly. Especially for DCU deposits i used to visit this place.

  Worst loan services I’ve had to deal with as far as making it easy and accessible to make payments. All payments are through a third party contracted with the savings union which is why I’m giving it one star for payments neither being easy or accessible. Plus there app is outdated and missing several key features which could really help with this issue.

  I’ve had an auto loan with them for 5+ years - never had any issues. Made my last payment (finally) last month. Got a call a month later saying they never received it and I needed to pay. Called back to explain that I shouldn’t owe anything because I already paid and the woman acted as if I was lying - and pushed what I was saying aside and said that if I paid right now on the phone we could just get it taken care of. After getting upset and telling her I’m not paying for something I already paid - she transferred me to someone named Chyna. She was nice - and same thing - seemed as though I was lying - it was very rushed since it was almost closing time. Sent in my proof of payment via my bank statements (thank god for that) and was told that I would be getting a call back in regards to this. Never got one. These last few months have a been a joke. Staff is very unprofessional and doesn’t follow through with concerns. I unfortunately have to continue to use them due to my partner having an auto loan since I never had any issues. Starting to regret it. I haven’t even received any statements in the mail in over a year so - hoping I’m not getting ripped off. We will see.
