Trash customer service, trash people.... go to another bank. I went into this branch and requested they close my account on 9/27 and withdrew ALL FUNDS. I was told it was done and they then kept it open. SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY. This isn't the first time they have done sketchy things. This is by far the worst bank I have ever had and I will be reporting them. I suggest you go somewhere else.

Visit Erica at the Tesson Ferry location. She is fast, very friendly, effecient and, most importantly, extremely effective. She has handled several vehicle purchases and refinances for us with ease. I no longer go through the hassle and upcharges of dealer financing thanks to her!
