      Eric provided me with a refinance with great terms and it helped me meet my goals of paying off my higher interest debt and make the updates to my home that I was seeking. Eric and his team we fast and responsive and helped me through the process quickly and Eric, himself, attended the closing to walk through the final paperwork with me.

      Horrible experience. This was the third house my husband and I have bought and never have we had such an awful experience with a finance company. This place is a train wreck. It’s filled with what seems like highly incompetent and/or inexperienced people. They added much unnecessary stress, and work to the process. They gave us conflicting information every week, leaving us uncertain and confused up until the morning of closing. Many mistakes were made by them. Needless to say, they don’t have their sh*t together. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I absolutely regret using them, and never will again.

      Todd was incredible! Our loan was a difficult one for several reasons, and Todd went above and beyond to make it happen. He was professional, knowledgeable and made the entire process a pleasant one. I will recommend him to everyone I know and would never consider ever buying a house without him in the future!
