      I am posting a year later but life happens and this is review necessary since it was my first home! They seemed very available and attentive in the beginning, but as we got closer to closing, things got worse and they became fake just to get the sale. I asked to lock in my rate and trusted their advice to wait to lock it in. I called again a few months later to lock in my rate and they didn’t pick up until it was too late and rates raised my payments by $200! With that, I asked to push out closing to see if rates would maybe reduce, but I was told I couldn’t. However, they said they would note my account and reach out in six months to refinance at a lower interest rates …another lie! They also said they had sent me a gift as a thank you for using them as our mortgage lender but we never heard got anything, so another lie…. I learned my lesson though!… who did I work with? Patty and Charles Murray.
