      I'm a realtor and I worked with Daren Loewinger/Sterling Mortgage on a purchase with one of my first time home buyers. I was extremely impressed how they were able to properly qualify my client for a FHA mortgage that no other lender could make happen. My clients received an excellent rate, and the loan closed in 25 days. The entire situation could not have gone any better thanks to Mr. Loewinger.

      I don’t usually do this but if we can save someone the stress of what we went through then so be it! If you are looking to buy a house I highly don’t recommend Daren Loewinger from Sterling Mortgage and Kerri Ann from Element Funding. They were horrible at communicating to get the job done efficiently, they forgot to send our appraisal to the bank which delayed our closing and my insurance company is still waiting on a fax number from them which was requested a week ago. I could go on and on but in short they were not efficient at their jobs and caused a lot of unnecessary stress on all parties.

      I have been doing business with Sterling Mortgage , Pat Zarro and Joanne Zarro for many years now. What is different about Sterling as opposed to going to a regular bank? First, they have the ability to help you find the best lender amongst many other lenders so that you get the best deal possible. Second, they provide personal service a opposed to a regular bank. They have an entire team of mortgage brokers and a substantial staff of processors. If you're a local, then you have the convenience of just stopping by their office in Stuart. I can't say enough about Sterling and their team.
