Elements Financial is an entire financial institution ensuring that you have the best information available to help you financially. They have individuals who will meet with you to ensure your financial success. I've done such and now have several accounts with them. There has never been a moment where I've encountered the "banking attitude". Elements is a financial institution that also believes in education of the consumer so that they have all the tools available to them to make good financial decisions for their future. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Also customer service over the telephone is always great and that's important since they are the voice of the company. I love my bank!

At 8:05 am and the call is awnsered "due to heavy customer call..... blah blah and go online and chat." I guess there are people at the coffee chating about their Friday happy hrs plans. SMH.
