It seems everytime I try to conduct business it's always an issue, today make my 3rd attempt to handle business! The rep today informed me I could not pay on the principal amount over the phone! Then to have to wait again for someone to contact me again! All I was tryin to do is give this company some money and you tell me I can't!!! But the way thus isn't the 1st issue I've come across with elements ~ I just not pleased at all!!!!!!

I love Elements Financial! I just completely switched from my other bank and have been very happy with the customer service, programs and easy access! I’ve been a member for a little over a year. It’s a bonus to have a branch in my work building at Indiana Government Center South.
