I am not sure what branch Alanah is from but she is FABULOUS!! 💕 She has Saved me a bunch of money in the end swapping my car loan to Elga with much better interest rates actually cut in half! best decision. 😎 Thank you again!!!

It might be a 2 star place but one time they wouldnt accept my change I had. It was less than 3 Dollars. They said Run it through the Machine instead of just counting my Change and putting it in my Account. That is Disrespect to me. Also you can never have your own opinion in here. The Manager will come out because the Staff is unable to have a conversation with you. But we sure figured out that I didnt have a heap full of change to turn in. You guys have a hard time accepting another Voice. Edit...I just told you how to improve through Google. I rated ELGA with explanation of what happen. How come you are unable to fix it from this point of View. Edit Number 2. Now they move Person up that doesnt accept my change. Sits in chair now and is probably trying to be a manager.

Got flagged for fraud by trying to pay rent. Called and was able to fix the false flag. The next day, after I had already explained that I was just trying to pay my rent, they flagged me again for fraud. When I tried to call a second time to fix it, I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes and after finally selecting the call back option, was never called back. Unprofessional and ridiculously inconvenient.
