Based on other reviews, I think if I had been able to actually talk to someone about their loan products, I would be giving a different review. BUT that's now how things went down. I reached out to Elite to discuss their construction loans and was told someone would be in touch with me "shortly" to discuss. I waited several weeks for that call and never heard from anyone, so I reached back out to ask if they still wanted my loan business. I was told again that someone would be reaching out to me shortly. 2 weeks later nothing. Super unprofessional and the owner should be embarrassed that this is the way their company is being represented. Word of mouth is a powerful force.
