  This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. I have had to reach out to this company on 7 different occasions and each time, no one helps me! They can’t get it together over there. Literally everyone I have spoken to just pushes me to the next person. Rebecca, Sarah, Robert, all these reps have not fully helped me. It was such a hassle to get insurance and when I finally did they spell my name WRONG! And then they tell me they’ll send me paperwork via email and it has been 3 days since I’ve gotten this paperwork. This company is a joke and I called for a manager to call me back and no one has. After the first year I am out of this company. They just don’t care for their customers.
