      This title company is subpar to professionalism. From a lack of follow through to lack of details and knowledge of the process, which caused nothing but delays for the closing on my property. The Escrow Officer in charge of this transaction has a lack of due competence and owning up to the faults of his own incompetence. I would not recommend this title company to anyone wanting to close a transaction in Baker County, OR. I would STRONGLY recommend AmeriTitle, rather than these incompetent pieces of trash.
