      We have been using Elmira Savings Bank for a few years and are happy with the service. The bank was fairly recently remodeled and is pleasant inside. There is rarely a wait for service. Additionally, the bank has a mobile app that allows basic account functions including mobile deposits. You definitely get better service than from national banks with the trade-off being that things might not be quite as streamlined. It’s worth it, though!
