  I just went in to the currency waited about 10 mins to be attend with 1 Person in line. While 3 lazy women sat in the back talking doing nothing. While one worked, on my lunch break tried to cash my money order l, which I signed there. The teller said I didn’t when I said you can look at your camera or ask the women next to me. I just did then said it’s more then 5 days so I can’t. I said where does that say that anywhere in this place ! it was 7 days old. She had a black pony short and chubby the lady with the bob just standing there in the back didn’t even come to the window .. just nodding her head no .. I said ma’am you don’t want to cash it’s fine just give it to me and left. Lazy and useless workers . Elmwood park can do better ! You’s can do better with customer service . Terrible do not recommend go to Cumberland and Belmont currency much better treatment and service !

  Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you attempt to speak to, or call a manager??? Is it necessary to resort to name calling......chubby?? lazy?? useless?? .....and YES, there are signs in the lobby that are clearly posted that say: " No checks cashed more than 5 days old " & " All checks must be signed in front of teller " ? Keep in mind that patience and kindness go a long way in these trying times! Best wishes.
