Made a Payment arrangement with them on the 15th of March for payment to be made no later than the 23rd of March. I know it was due on the 2nd but my father passed away and honestly that was the last thing on my mind told the lady ill be gone from the 17th to the 21st. She told me to just make the payment before the 31st or definitely before the 2nd. Only to wake up to my car repoed by embassy loans then they charged me payout fee off $1070.28 when i only had $567.38 left on my loan. As you can see i never missed a payment. This place is money hungry!!!
