  I came to Maine with no idea of what I was going to do. I was In the process of selling a home in Washington State, the rental market here in Maine was abysmal and I was beginning to stress that I would not find a home before winter. After I left Chris's office on day one I was pre approved and Chris had referred me to a good realtor. 3 days after walking into his office I had viewed the place I wanted to live and in less than a week after meeting Chris I was in the buying process and flew home to finish my sale. Throughout this process Chris and his team kept the ball moving forward. They were in constant communication and did not waist time getting back to me to answer my questions. If you are looking for a loan officer that will make it happen, I highly recommend Chris Montemurro and Embrace Home Loans. If it can be done they will get it done. Great experience!

  Chris was amazing he walked us through how to do what we needed to do to get where we needed to be. He walked us through every step of the buying process and was never not available for us!! We will definitely use chris again when/if the time comes!!!
