Tom Evans from Embrace is amazing and fights for the borrower. I had issues at closing and Tom “politely” informed the Title Company it was their error after they insisted on bypassing the issue. Tom is also honest about letting the borrower know if it’s a good time to purchase and/or refinance due to inflated mortgage rates. Would recommend to anyone and will use to purchase again in the future.
