  Rick Eaheart at Embrace Home Loans is a superb loan officer. I started with him as a first time home purchaser and he helped me find a superb realtor, Kelly Bump. There are several things Rick did to make sure I felt acknowledged, fully aware of everything, and know what works best for me. • Rick was always prompt. I didn't feel like I need to follow up on emails and knew he would respond to urgent items asap. • Rick always made me feel like I was his number one priority when we talked. I know he juggles many clients at once but I never got the impression that he was rushing me along so he could get to the next person. • Rick never pressured me. I spent several months interacting with him where I didn't make any serious offers and I never got the impression that I needed to make an offer or he'd stop interacting with me. He also never tried to guide me to a large mortgage then I wanted. I looked at a variety of price points and never felt pressure one way or the other. • Rick was an over communicator for the loan process, which I count as a positive as a first time home purchaser. There was a lot I didn't know and Rick was willing to spend the time to walk me through everything and answer my questions. • Rick was willing to run some last minute what-if scenarios so I could fully understand all my mortgage options. Again never feeling pressured and I felt that Rick fully explained his thoughts on those scenarios.

  Rick Eaheart has been extremely helpful since the first day of our house search. We used him for buying and refinancing and he made both experiences as easy as possibly. Highly recommend!
