Everything seemed to go fine with closing, but later found out they pocketed the money for our warranty and never paid the invoice to the warranty company. Something went wrong with out house and found out we don’t have a warranty because they never paid the invoice (even though the seller paid hundreds of dollars for it). They were also way off on the property taxes. They said they would ask the seller to pay the difference, but never did. I have sent several emails asking about my warranty with no response. I would look for another company unless your looking to get scammed.
