      Emma came recommended to me by Annie and Melissa at LivingRoom Realty (they are great too). She called me back the same day that I first reached out and set up time to talk at length the very next day. She spent 90 minutes with me going over my options and how we could get the best interest rate possible, as well as strike the perfect balance between my down payment and monthly loan payments. Then, as I was going through the buying process and making offers, Emma was extremely responsive - to the point that when my attorney needed some additional information from her on a Sunday evening, Emma sent it to her in 45 minutes. That kind of responsiveness is beyond outstanding! Once I had an offer accepted, Emma moved quickly to lock me in at the best rate possible - and rates went up the very next day. All the way through closing, Emma and her team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and explained everything to me in detail, which was a lot of help as I was a first-time home buyer. If I buy another place, Emma will be my first phone call.
