  The experience was exceptional. The people were knowledgeable , responsive and friendly. The time frame from application to closing was less than 3 weeks. I’m still amazed it went so well. Recommend this outfit to everyone.

  Communication with Nikki was poor prior to closing and would recommend to anyone to have time set aside to speak live before going to closing so you can catch, and correct any errors. Our refi loan was supposed to be a NO COST loan however the fees ~$3k were still listed. Nikki made it right by sending a e-payment to our bank but we feel it should have been reviewed prior to coming to us. The 24 hours before final closing was stressful because of the lack of communication and errors. Nikki did come through in the end but it should have never escalated to the point it did.
