Absolute worst customer service. Aren’t willing to help when trying to reissue a check stating because of mobile deposit, why would I be coming back if I had already mobile deposited the check? Will never use this place again. Not helpful at all.

Worst experience I could have imagined applying for a loan from a place that gives loans daily. Jasmin was unfriendly and negative throughout the entire transaction. Arrived a little after 1:00 pm and on multiple occasions she referenced that she was ready to go on her lunch. After debating why my electronic paystub was not useful but that I would need an actual paper copy and being told that my loan WAS approved it seems she couldn’t wait another minute to go to lunch and she told me at 1:40 pm that it was actually pending and I was declined. What a complete waste of time and sharing of all my personal information. Would not recommend Empire Finance.
