      Very professional staff and they took the time to explain everything in detail and showed me step by step the process of evaluating something and how they arrive at a price for what I was looking to sell. I would highly recommend this place.

      Horrible service. Very rude. & unfortunately can't even do math & don't hold to their word. Was told they buy gold 10-20% under spot. But they only offered me 70%.. 🤔 math aint mathing. So when I tried to correct them they said I was being condescending because i noticed he made a mistake & was simply trying to ask but kept being interrupted if they would honor they 10 or 20 % simple yes or no. But they were too childish to even be able to do so. Then again what do you expect from peopld that cant do math they say best top dollar but they dont give you anything.. Whats more. Literally went around the corner got exactly what i expected to get. Shows proof that they do not offer highest best. Absolute lie. I got higher better around the corner.. At a PAWN SHOP
