      I have be going there for years..I am never late..I am 65 and very ill, I usually get a reminder about the bill in my gmail..but even with out i pay on time...I was late today...didn't have the change to cover the bill due to it being over dye..I am CRYING...snot coming out my nose crying and some stranger offers a dollar...once I am done, I will starve or go without before using them....long time customer ....it's a pity to treat sick people badly, especially the manager has been sick before too and knows what it's like...
