  My boyfriend a roommate and I we're inquiring about one of their properties in Dallas Georgia. Prior to filling out all the application process Charles Hodge knew that we had cats and didn't give us a hard answer, more like a "let's see". He then continued with the application process which meant a hard inquiry on all of our credit scores only to deny our application based on owning cats. I find it absolutely unprofessional to run someone's credit with no intention is going forward with the process based on them owning cats. I feel like he should have been straightforward and let us know not to impact our credit score and then let us know. He also made a point to make disparaging remarks about the lower credit scores to my boyfriend in a phone conversation they had, also requesting triple the down payment. He clearly has no problem running credit enquiries regardless of the impact and then basing his decision and something completely irrelevant do not waste your time with this company or specifically Charlie Hodge

  Declined a close friend of mine credit score with a hard inquiry and drug him through the whole house renting process for him to decline last second because my friend had cats. My friend didn't like how he spoke with him especially since he claimed to be the vp of the company. Charlie Hodge sucks.
