      I started the process on March 4 and had to cancel 3 closing dates because they still haven't finished the paperwork and keep asking for more information they already have. It is now April 19 and have to cancel a closing time again that was scheduled for today because of them.

      Very simple, small mortgage loan. Hefty deposit and great credit scores. But getting the runaround and vague explanations. The file is referred to a manager who does not respond. I call to speak to a manager, but very indifferent staff, and of course, no response still from anyone supposed to close in a few days but still waiting on approval. Very disappointing 😕
