      I've been an Energy Credit Union member for years and I've always received excellent service. Recently I took out an auto loan at a very competitive rate - 1.99% APR. I was able to finance it as a new auto despite it having ~4000 miles at time of purchase. Highly recommend Energy if you're in the market for an auto loan!

      This credit union has nice employees, however, there are just not enough locatiions or non-fee atms! Supposedly you can deposit at some SUM/NYCE atms but every one I've tried refused my cash deposits. Plus their atm is always broken so you have to wait until the credit union opens and drive all the way to W. Roxbury to make a deposit. Then suprise suprise a $25 NSF fee! A member service rep snidely suggested that I bank elsewhere if I needed more convenience. Well, I will have to because this lack of convenience is unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and avoid banking here! Pissed off customer
