I reached out to ENNIS STATE BANK since our family has been associated with them for many many years. I simply asked if they had a dept for refinancing a home. They sent me to voice mail and I left a message with Brandon to give me a call ☎️. He was at lunch, but still gave me a reply during lunch. We set an appointment that afternoon, and it was lightning fast how quickly all things “clicked” The low rate and ease of closing with a local bank is very comforting. After introductions and a brief conversation about what we wanted to do, Brandon shared that he believed Ennis State Bank could help us with our cash-out mortgage refinance needs. We shared some basic information to get the loan application process started. Brandon continued to provide regular status updates throughout the process. He even helped to keep the process moving forward during and after a late season winter storm that slowed everyone down.
