This ENT location, my main location, 100% of the time, is unable to assist me. We don’t have a person here today that can help with that, our ATM card printer is broken, we can mail one but will be 2 weeks, blah blah, so constantly disappointed.

I opened my checking and savings account online and had to go into the Parker Branch to complete the transaction and verify my credentials I was warmly welcomed and professionally handled with a few laughs in between. I had a wonderful experience with ENT Staff. The experience was really welcomed especially for someone who hasnt entered a bank since the pandemic.
