Okay this place will ALWAYS get a 10/10 for me. Every time we come here we get exceptional customer service. Most recently we interacted with the manager, Wade, and as someone who has worked in customer service myself for over a decade, I was blown away. He was so attentive and personal and really made me feel like we mattered. So many times you get treated like a number, especially at financial places. He made it a point to treat us, and everyone else we saw him interact with, like we were people instead of numbers. He was so helpful and patient in answering our 5 million questions, and never made us feel like we were imposing or asking something dumb. If you're looking for a place where you're valued, where you can get answers to any of your banking questions without a 3-5 business day wait, and a place where your money matters like it's their money too, definitely come to the ENT on S College, and DEFINITELY ask for Wade!
