I opened a new account today at ENT taking advantage of their promotion special of $200 if you open a new account with a $100 minimum checking account. Promotion expires December 31st 2021. An account officer named Vivian assisted me. She got the account up and running, we applied for a credit card, she gave me my new debit card, and she explained how to use the online app so I can transfer funds from my other bank account into ENT. She was extremely helpful and very friendly and pleasant and it was a joy to work with her. Your branch is very attractive and conveniently located on Drake and Shields right in the heart of Fort Collins. It's a wonderful Christmas present to start with your bank. I have been with Canvas Credit Union for the last 7 years and I am not satisfied with them. I was completely against their spending 25 million dollars to put their name on the new CSU football stadium. So please convey to management my extreme satisfaction with Vivian's assistance today. Thank you and Merry Christmas to everyone at ENT.
