      I have lived in many states and have had many bank accounts throughout my life. I can honestly say there is no bank that I know of like Ent Credit Union. They hire the nicest, friendliest people. They train well because their employees are efficient and very knowledgeable. Alex, the branch manager at this particular location, is fantastic. I recently had an issue and needed information right away for my taxes. He went above and beyond and I had what I needed in less than an hour. He even called me to let me know the info was ready earlier than planned. No one else was able to help me which totally frustrated me. Ent truly cares about people,.

      I was so excited to see a branch by my home finally opening! Then I realized there was no ATM on location anywhere and I still had to drive across town because it was after hours. Went into the branch once had a question regarding a promotion they were having. I was told the teller had to check with her manager, then the manager has to check with someone else. The teller said she would call me with the answer and even made sure the phone number on my account was correct. It has been a fully month and I still never heard back from her. Needless to say, I will return to banking far away at the Brighton branch until I am able to close my account completely.
