      Was on hold for a little not but they answered and were extremely helpful offering me everything option there was reguarding my question

      Used to be good. All about the customers. Now they won't even refund ONE "courtesy" card fee. That $30 a pop. They're actually WORSE than the mega banks now. Will be going elsewhere. Ent has become VERY greedy.
