      So far I have had no bad experiences with this bank. I moved over from US Bank as I live in Brighton CO and was getting very tired of waiting 20-30 minutes per transaction as US Bank only had small location inside of a King Soopers. ENT have both my personal checking and Business accounts. Very quick customer service anytime I go to the branch and overall very friendly staff. Only issue I have is the bank is not open on Saturdays, but luckily I can get most things done in the week.

      Horrible service. No interest in helping co-op members retrieve funds. Was told to go to a different bank by the teller.
