I had a big hassle resetting a password to do a loan application. This happened one other time and they were just able to reset it but this time it took forever and she said she has to email the IT department.

Had to go inside cause ATM issues. The teller helping me was rude! I was trying to get answers to my questions and he seemed very unconcerned. I had to call the number to get my question answered. I wish I would have gotten his name. He's a black guy. I'm so over Ent right now, have been a member for years and never had these many issues and have to deal with people who hate their job! Do better!
