In this day and time customer service in all industries is non-existent and especially in banking for small businesses like us. We are blessed to have met Eric Lawless (Peoria Service Center Manager) at this branch. Eric is the epitome of customer service and how a Manager should conduct banking. Eric is inviting, kind, listens to our needs and absolutely obliging. If Eric can't resolve it he still tries to provide a solution instead of having the "not my job" behavior. ENT Credit Union Bank is very fortunate to have Eric Lawless as an employee and they should never take him for granted. Thank you Eric and we appreciate you for all that you do!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. This location couldn’t process my request and sent me to another location that they called and said could accommodate me. I told them my car had been stolen and I was paying for Ubers. As soon as I left in the Uber they no longer let me access my account and didn’t provide an explanation or a phone call. Worst customer service ever.

Phone service is pretty bad. I called 2 times in the day and not even out of courtesy have they returned the call. If they are like that to sell, how will they be to collect. Very bad experience as a new customer.
