I have been going to Ent since around 2005. My primary use is going into the bank personally to do my banking, so I can't speak about other services. But my experience there is quite positive. I always go to the facility on Wasatch Street in Colorado springs Colorado. I've never had a problem and find people available, and friendly.

Used to be good. All about the customers. Now they won't even refund ONE "courtesy" card fee. That $30 a pop. They're actually WORSE than the mega banks now. Will be going elsewhere.

I don't understand why this location is still open, the drive up ATM never works and their are only two teller drive up spots. Additionally the interior also does not have an ATM and it is also pretty limited teller wise as well. Parking is not great in the Bon Shopping center so I don't really want to get out anyways. Side note: saying you'll pass along the feedback when there are at least half a dozen other complaints in theast 6 months about the ATM and speed of the tellers, shows that NO ONE CARES AND NOTHING IS CHANGING.
