      I have never written a positive review of a bank I don't think lol. I'm a pretty busy person but I wanted to take time out to thank Ent Credit Union for being a wonderful partner with me in my finances. Thanks to Vicki Phillips in Business lending as well.

      I created a payment online. Then I was told there is no payment in there... oh get this agent on the phone can't see payment online so they tell you no. They tell you have to schedule it. I had ones in there but she telling me no. I called to dispute two charges two weeks ago. She didn't understand why two so she helped me then Note again 2 charged I am told one posting saving one to loan I didn't set up two separate ones they can't help so I have to dispute w chase this is bad a bank cant see online and regular schedule payments. I will never do a loan with them. Rude customer service.
