      Last week I stopped by the Lawrence branch to cash a check . At that moment I didn’t have my license with me but I do have 2 accounts with the bank . The teller didn’t want to cash the check due to no having my license they called the manager and he stated the same thing. I explained that he could verified me through my debit card or to ask me questions about my personal information. They denied my transaction. This is totally unacceptable and I won’t stop by that branch any longer
