      I have been a customer of Enterprise Bank for some time. It is so nice to be warmly greeted when you enter the branch. All staff members are extremely kind, professional and courteous. They make it a point to learn about your banking and financial needs and will suggest products that maybe helpful. They go above and beyond to assist you in any way possible. I really enjoy doing business with them.

      Very poor customer service at this branch. She was very condescending and didn't provide me with proper information. I feel judged and discriminated against. Will never return to this branch again.
