Great Staff, I have never had a problem. My family owns a company and have been using them for nearly 20 years. Over the years there have been infrequent but minor problems that have always been addressed in a caring and timely fashion. We did have a major problem a few months back but as soon as the bank was aware it was addressed. A great local bank that puts you the customer first.

Online business banking AND business mobile banking is not user friendly. It is so unsure friendly that I will be switching banks for my business account because it is not worth the trouble I go through every time to try and see my account.

Do not take credit card from enterprise bank. I had worst experience..The customer service for Credit card is horrible.
