      I cannot express how impressed I am at the great customer service my father and I received at the House Springs, MO branch from Tori Lovier. She spent very much time in our multiple visits to the matters which we had to address at the bank. Not only did she take the time, but she seemed to really care. Enterprise Bank & Trust is lucky to have Tori Lovier as a representative of their financial institution. Kudos to Tori and Enterprise Bank.

      UPDATE: multiple calls from management, they took care of the problem fast. Still not fond of video tellers,, but the onsite associates are AMAZING.. saved a 3 star and made it a five star. I've always liked the service at this location. I do not like the video tellers or the client service line that you have to call since they merged with enterprise. I called the local number and it went to the main service line. The person actually sounded annoyed and was quite rude. I'm so sorry that I wanted to make sure the lobby is open. I haven't been inside a bank in years. I truly wasn't sure if lobbies had been reopened. Shame on me as a long term customer,calling to ask question. Sorry to bother you. 😢
