My parents recently passed away and I found out they had an account with Enterprise. Actually, their account was with a small bank in Missouri that was bought out by Enterprise. It was unclear if we were listed as beneficiaries on the account...this was due to the previous bank. (This is a pretty big deal. A direct beneficiary means you get to avoid probate, which is a different headache.) The team at the Albuquerque Enterprise Bank location went above and beyond. Cody, Christy, and Kathryn are AMAZING. They dug through the files of the old bank and worked with legal to find that we are beneficiaries, and to make sure that everything was above board and legal. This was a LOT of work on their part, and I know it wasn't easy. I'm very grateful that they took the time to make sure it was done correctly and got the money transferred with ease. They're also great for everyday checking. I keep an account with them, and the website is a breeze. It's a great bank! You'll be happy you work with them.
