  Working with Shantel Romero, Assistant Bank Manager, at the Santa Fe branch has been wonderful. Ms. Romero is always available to answer questions and to assist us with opening new checking and savings accounts from out of state, as we prepare to move to Santa Fe. She facilitated a wire transfer from our Maine account, as well. We are very happy to be new depositors with EB&T and look forward to a long banking relationship. Jim and Pat Brown

  On two occasions over the last ten days, I simply couldn't get anyone on the phone. The first time, it was about a lost wallet and the need to protect my funds and identity; that time, after waiting an interminable time on hold, I drove over to the bank and dealt with the situation directly. The second time, I was quarantined with COVID, unable to leave the house, and was filling out a credit card application on line that required a name and phone number at my bank. I dialed two numbers on two phones for Enterprise, the local and a national number, and was on hold so long that my application expired on the credit card website, requiring reentry of all that information. I tried email: crickets. I didn't leave a number to be called back, as the last time I tried that I received a return call four days or more later. On this latest occasion, my husband went by the bank, explained the problem, and texted me the business card of Suleikha Enriquez -- so simple! There's a simple solution to this, people: everyone in the bank signs up for a one-hour shift when their job is to answer the phone, period. Not onerous, and your customers would have the impression you actually care about service.

  Cassidy Cordova helped me with a couple of bank transfers and did a great job! The entire staff at the Griffin Branch in Santa Fe are friendly and do an excellent job!
