We can’t say enough about the superb customer service our family received from the staff at Enterprise Bank (the Cerrillos Branch). Martin Naranjo and Nohemi Martinez saved the day for my 87 year old father who fell victim to a sophisticated scam and computer hack. If it hadn’t been for their keen observance and professional attention, we could be in a really bad situation. They kindly helped my dad avoid some bad mistakes and included his children in a respectful and helpful manner. They spent hours with us cancelling old accounts and setting up new ones, reversing malicious charges, and assisting with technical support--- way above the call of duty. We are forever grateful !

I love that the bank has many options on the mobile app that I rarely have to stop at the branch, but when I do, they help me immediately. I don't have to wait. Our last visit was to open two accounts for my teen kids. Brittany Muñoz was specially helpful and patient and explained the products to us in detail and answered all our questions. Brittany you are awesome, Thank you!!!
