      Im looking for my first car and i know I’ll be getting my loan at Enterprise. I’ve been watching rates and enterprise seems to beat all competition.

      Very poor service. When customers shared their concern that this branch closed earlier than advertised on Fridays, as both customers had experienced the previous Friday, the teller smuggly smiled and said sorry in an unapologetic way. We then had the manager proceeded to come and tell the customers they had not experienced what they remembered as he had closed up. So I guess both customers imagined the closed signs and locked doors. For a service center, this place is not about customer service.

      I have banked with ECU for both Business & Personal for over 30 years. They are the most personable credit unions in Milwaukee WI. and one of the oldest. They are in the process of upgrading their systems, but will never wavier from that personal touch. I truly trust & depend on ECU.
