      I was shopping around to refi our current loan but rates are higher now than what we locked in. AJ was extremely transparent to hold off for now even with different strategies presented, it's rare to have someone be honest and push a sale away which is highly appreciated! Once the rates cool again, we will be sure to go with you guys as ethics are rare in the loan and real estate world.
