      Customer service was great. Shelly met me at the door and I was helped right away. She was cheerful and i opened a checking account in no time at all. She also went above and beyond to get me other information i needed to help me with a personal venture best banking experience I have had

      Experienced terrible customer service from the branch manager and felt badly for the other staff members in the bank that they had to work for such a miserable person who was not being a very good role model. I was told that she was the branch manager and their was no persons above her and she could not help me with my problem. When I called customer service from the bank she yelled on the background telling me what I was saying was wrong. Very immature and inappropriate. The customer service reps were very nice but also could not help me. I will never step foot in an envision bank again. I can't believe the way I was treated and the lack of customer service.
